This event is free of charge | Open to DC, MD, VA residents 16 and above | No prior knowledge necessary to participate | All perspectives welcome | Information, parking and food provided |

  • Join one hundred citizens from Maryland, Virginia, and DC. 
  • Receive information about biodiversity -- variety of life on Earth and their natural processes.
  • Discuss at tables of 8 or less with a discussion facilitator.
  • Listen to each other and share your views about biodiversity loss.
  • Vote and make recommendations for your local and national leaders.
  • Share your views with delegates at the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 11).
