Rodney Whitehead, a 2011 graduate of Osbourn High School in Manassas, led his college football team to a huge 31-7 victory over Monroe Community College Saturday, Dean College announced this week.

Rodney, who plays slot receiver, is also the captain of the Dean College football team based in Franklin, MA., Josh Singer, the school's marketing coordinator said in an email on Monday.

Rodney scored two touchdowns for the Dean College Bulldogs. This is his second season on the team lead by Coach Todd Vasey.
