United States Senate candidate George Allen will visit small business defense contractor Assett Inc. at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Manassas.

Asset Inc is a privately-owned business that works with the Department of Defense and commercial clients, according to their website. 

Allen will be touring the business and talking to employees "as they share their concerns regarding the looming defense cuts that threaten thousands of Virginia jobs."

Asset Inc. is located at 11220 Assett Lp., Suite 101 in Manassas.

Allen was in Manassas on Saturday for Mitt Romney's "blue state" bus tour campaign stop, just hours after the presumptive GOP presidential candidate announced Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate.
