Aradia Fitness in Manassas will host an open house Friday to celebrate its grand opening. 

The pole dancing studio opened its doors earlier this month above Gold's Gym on Liberia Avenue.

The free grand opening is from 7 to 9 p.m. and will feature dancing demonstrations and pole fitness performances, Melissa Rose, owner of the  Manassas franchise of Aradia said.

There are more than 12 Aradia studios in the United States and Canada, she said.

“I am thrilled to open this studio,” Rose said. “I’ve been teaching pole dance over five years and researched several different companies before deciding to partner with Aradia.  They have a fantastic program that focuses on building strength and making pole dance fitness accessible to the everyday woman.”
