Chance of Snow Wednesday
It won't be anything like 'Snowmageddon' two years ago, but areas north and west of Washington, D.C. could see an inch or two of snow Wednesday.
According to WeatherBug, snow is likely in the morning hours Wednesday with more snow mixed with rain in the afternoon.
The immediate Manassas area could see around an inch of snow.
Tomorrow will be much different from today with increased cloudiness and chilly temperatures hovering around 30 degrees. Lows Wednesday night will be in the 20s.
This week's wintry weather comes just one week after Punxsutawney Phil the Ground Hog proclaimed that we were in store for six more weeks of winter and two years after the region experienced 'snowmageddon'—back to back snowstorms that dumped nearly 55 inches of snow in December 2009 and February 2010.
