Due to the severe strand of thunderstorms that beat up on the region Friday, Manassas City Public Works crews will be picking up tree limbs every day this week.

The limbs cannot be  more than 10-feet-long and no tree stumps will be collected, according to Utilities Manager Ana Davis.

The service is for residents of the City of Manassas, who should place tree debris curbside all week for pick up. Contractors working on tree removal will have to dispose of the debris themselves.

For questions, call Public Works at 703-257-8219, or visit here.
