Last Chance: Third Annual Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive
Wednesday is the last day to donate canned foods to SERVE and Northern Virginia Family Service.
A multi-agency canned food drive for a local shelter is underway and will be accepting items until Wednesday.
The 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive benefits the SERVE shelter and Northern Virginia Family Service in Manassas.
Soups, espeicially those geared toward children, canned vegetables and pasta sauce are the most needed, organizers said.

The food drive is a joint effort of the Prince William Hospital nursing staff; Historic Manassas, Inc.; Old Town Business Association; fire and rescue departments of Manassas, Manassas Park and Prince William County; Wi-Not Stop and Kloke Group
Donations boxes are set up in all City of Manassas buildings until Wednesday.
