Man Poked In Chest Repeatedly Over No Fishing Rule, Manassas Police Say
Manassas Police said a fisherman was poked and pushed several times by a man who didn't want him fishing in Sumner Lake.
A fisherman told police he was poked and shoved several times by a man who confronted him for fishing in Sumner Lake, not far from Liberia Avenue in Manassas.
A resident of Tillett Loop, a roadway that runs near the lake, told Manassas Police he was fishing around 10 p.m. Monday when he was approached by a man he didn't know.
The suspect repeatedly screamed, “no fishing!” and pushed and poked him in the chest repeatedly while the victim backed away from the lake, Manassas Police reports show.
The resident said the man followed him back to Tillett Loop, took pictures of him and then fled toward Sumner Lake Boulevard.
The suspect is described as as an Asian man in his twenties. He is about 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs about 160 pounds with black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater and black pants.

Nope, and there are signs everywhere. What's more shocking is that the fisherman was a resident.
