Manassas Residents Make Coastal Carolina's President's List
The school is located in Conway, SC near Myrtle Beach.
Two Manassas and one Manassas Park resident earned high academic accolades recently by landing a spot on the president's list at Coastal Carolina University.
All three earned a 4.0 grade point average during the Fall semester, according to a ReadMedia news release.
The students are:
Scott A. Filipkowski, a Marine Science major from Manassas
Jordan L. Lauver, a English major from Manassas Park
Katelyn L. McGlothlin, a Marine Science major from Manassas.
Coastal Carolina educates 9,000 students and offers more than 120 student clubs and organization.
