"The Joe 15 Team" is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2011-2012 scholarship for the Joseph (Joe) C. Page Memorial Scholarship through

The winners are Aaron Akers and Jessica Peters, both of Manassas. Each year, two $1,500.00 scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate their commitment to the community by volunteering their time helping others.

Joseph (Joe) Page was attending NVCC when he was murdered in February 2008. This scholarship was established in his memory and to date eight have been awarded.
