Police: Domestic Argument Leads to Fatal Stabbing
A 28-year-old man is dead after being stabbed multiple times.
Police in Manassas City have made an arrest following a fatal stabbing Friday night that police say stemmed from a domestic argument.
Police officers were called to a residence in the 8600 block of Braxted Lane around 9:45 p.m. Oct. 14 for a stabbing, and discovered an unidentified 28-year-old man deceased from apparent stab wounds inside.
Keby Moya, 18, of the same address, remained at the scene and was taken into custody without incident. Further investigation revealed that the stabbing stemmed from a domestic argument, police said.
Moya was placed under arrest and charged with first degree murder. He is currently being held at the Prince William Adult Detention Center, with no bond. His court date was set for November 29, 2011.
