Manassas Police Investigate Church Burglary
An employee told officers that she discovered several of the offices in the church had been broken into.
Police in Manassas are looking for whoever may have burglarized a local church.
According to Manassas City Police (MCPD) Sergeant Eddie Rivera, police were notified by an employee that several of the offices at Bethel Lutheran Church, located at 8712 Plantation Ln., had been broken into sometime between 9:30 p.m. on June 25 and 8:10 a.m. on June 26.
The employee did not report anything missing. The damages to the office doors were estimated at approximately $700.
Police continue to investigate and are asking anyone with information about the above case contact the Manassas City Crime Solvers at 703-330-0330. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest(s). The callers may remain anonymous.
