Prince William Police are investigating a burglary that reportedly happened on the 11000 block of Hiram Court on Wednesday.

The crime was reported around 5:30 p.m. when the owner told police someone had broken into the home sometime between 6:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. that day.

Investigators said it appeared a rear sliding glass door was pried open so the thieves could get inside.

Police said money was stolen.
