A drunken man was taken into custody after threatening two people and breaking a bar chair on Monday, Manassas Police said.
Robert Joseph Rogers, 33, of 8717 Barnett St. is charged with disorderly conduct, destruction of property and public intoxication.
It happened at 2:18 a.m. Monday at Mackey's American Pub on Main Street when a passing Manassas Police officer noticed a ruckus on the restaurant's patio.
The officer said he saw a loud argument and then saw the suspect screaming threats at a man and woman before picking up a chair and breaking it near them.
Rogers remains in custody at the Prince William County Detention Center in Manassas under a $5,000 bond. He's expected to appear in court on April 2.
