Two Men Attacked at Bowling Alley

The men were attacked after confronting a group of about eight men for yelling at a female acquaintance.

A large group of men attacked two victims at a local bowling alley last week.

Manassas City Police said the two victims, both men, were standing around 10:50 p.m Nov. 30 in the parking lot of Bowl America on Mathis Avenue when a group of eight men began to yell at a female acquaintance. When the two men confronted the group, one was knocked unconscious and the other sustained injuries to his face. The injuries were non-life-threatening.

The victims were taken to the hospital and the suspects fled the scene before police were called.

Both victims were transported to local hospitals and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The suspects fled the scene prior to police being called.  The investigation is ongoing.

Police ask anyone with information on the incident to call Crime Solvers’ anonymous tip line at 703-330-0330, or the Manassas City Police Department Investigative Services Division, 703-257-8092.

How can you ask for assistance, and not provide any information. Were the attackers white, black, Hispanic, male, female...?? What kind of reporting do you do?

No one from Patch was present when the men were beat up, and I do not have access to the victims. For this type of article, all I have is the information provided by the police. They did not release a description of the suspects.
Have a nice day!
