Police: Woodbridge Man Shot in the Back in Lake Ridge

An 18-year-old Woodbridge man told police that he and three friends were walking near Woodfern Ct. and Antietam Rd. when a car full of male acquaintances reportedly pulled up next to them, and several shots were fired.
