I began Connie's Coats for Christmas in 2009 and since then have collected and donated 800 coats to needy families in the area. This year's event will be held on Saturday, December 15th, from 10am to 1pm, in the Manassas Mall Food Court.
In addition to collecting coats and any other warm items for families, I will be raffling off the following prizes; raffle tickets are only $1.00 each; you do not need to be present to win:
2 tickets to Luray Caverns,
2 tickets to your choice of performance for the 2013 Season of the Hylton Performing Arts Center,
$25 gift card from Historic Manassas, Inc.,
$192.00 service contract from Parrish Heating & Air Conditioning - 10 OF THESE TO RAFFLE OFF!
One free month of belly dancing lessons from Magnificent Belly Dancing,
and the Grand Prize - 2 Roundtrip Tickets on Southwest Airlines, no black out dates, no restrictions, good until 01/01/2014.
Bring any new or slightly used coats, boots, gloves, any warm articles of clothing to help those less fortunate, and buy a raffle ticket on some great prizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
