DESCRIPTION:For the first time\, legendary choreographer\, dancer and act
 ress Debbie Allen has released the rights to one of her productions to a
  community arts organization. The Creative and Performing Arts Center (C
 APAC\, Inc.)\, based in the Washington\, D.C. metro area\, will present 
 Allen&rsquo\;s Dancing in the Wings on four nights in November at the Hy
 lton Performing Arts Center\, where CAPAC is one of the founding Residen
 t Arts Partners.\nFirst commissioned by the Kennedy Center\, the childre
 n&rsquo\;s play centers around &ldquo\;Sassy\,&rdquo\; a young dancer wh
 ose feet are too big and legs are too long to be a typical ballerina. Bu
 t that doesn&rsquo\;t stop her from dreaming that she will emerge from b
 ehind the curtain\, where she is dancing in the wings\, to one day have 
 her turn to dance in the spotlight.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nFor this production\,
  the CAPAC Board of Directors decided to create a special fundraising pr
 oject\, &ldquo\;No More Living in the Wings&rdquo\; to support the Women
  Veterans Interactive (WVI)\, an agency that works to restore the pride 
 and dignity to local homeless veterans. Donations are accepted online an
 d at each performance\, with 100 percent of donations to be given direct
 ly to WVI.\nPerformance times are 2pm and 7pm on Nov. 3rd and 17th\; and
  3pm on Nov. 4th and 18th. Tickets can be purchased at the Hylton Box Of
