More About Brickhouse Cardio Club of Manassas
Brickhouse Cardio Club offers a variety of high-impact cardio fitness courses designed to get individuals in shape by combining aerobic exercise with dance. Unlimited classes are available with low monthly or weekly rates. Some of the available classes include Zumba, hip hop dance, toning and turbo kick. Chief instructor and owner Kenni Powell makes sure classes are fun and effective. The studio also hosts private parties.
