 ts for application for a VA CHP and Utah CFP (non-resident permit).&nbsp
 \; With both concealed carry permits you can legally carry a firearm in 
 35 states.\nCourse instruction includes the following topics:&nbsp\;  ha
 ndgun safety rules\, handgun parts and operation\, ammunition\,  fundame
 ntals of shooting\, safe firearms handling\, UT criminal &amp\;  traffic
  code\,&nbsp\; U.S. federal firearms regulations\, BCI administration  p
 olicy\, practical and legal considerations\, and more.&nbsp\; Although t
 his is  NOT a live fire course and range time is not required\, we encou
 rage you  to cultivate your marksmanship skills by scheduling one-on-one
  firearms training at the range with one of our instructors.&nbsp\;\nSor
 ry\, no walk-in registrations allowed.&nbsp\; Online preregistration and
   prepayment is required for everyone attending this course.&nbsp\; This
  allows  us to make that sure we have enough course participant packets
