DESCRIPTION:Neighborhood Leaders Group Workshop is on Tuesday\, June 19 f
 rom 7-9 pm in Room 107 on  the first floor of the Development Services B
 ldg. at 5 County Complex Ct.  in Woodbridge.   This  month we will featu
 re a discussion with Nancy Berlin of PWC Cooperative   Extension who wil
 l discuss ways neighborhoods can encourage  drought-tolerant  yards and 
 other plantings as well as green\,  money-saving landscaping issues in  
 common areas and community gardens.  We will do a brief overview of Rese
 rve  Studies and why these are  critical for common interest community a
 ssociations  and we will build  upon previous discussions about Neighbor
 hood Leader Group  initiatives  including the proposed Adopt-a-Neighbor 
 program\, Neighborhood   Mediation/Dispute Resolution\, the Graffiti Aba
 tement Paint Bank\, and the  fall  Neighborhood Leader Conferences.  Joi
 n us for a  social/networking half-hour from 6:30 to 7 pm. Workshop begi
 ns at 7:00.
