New to fitness or need a jump start to your fitness program - FAFC is right for you!
This weight loss based challenge is held two times each year, in the fall and spring. Groups of 4 will compete with a trainer against other teams, to accomplish the highest % of weight loss for an individual winner, and overall team winners. Gift cards to Freedom Center are offered as prizes for these accomplishments. Nutrition, injury prevention, behavioral eating, and several other seminars/lectures are included in the price. There are also additional fee based services offered from professionals such as registered dieticians, chiropractors, physical therapists and behavioral counselors.
Fee: $399/Freedom Center Members
$499/non-members - includes unlimited access to the Freedom Center for the duration of the program.

Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center is a full-service fitness facility offering a wide range of classes, programs and equipment for members. The location offers numerous memberships, including for adults, seniors, and students in annual, six-month and monthly membership options. The location has a 50-meter pool, basketball court, running track, sauna, gymnasium, aerobic studio, child care center and more. The facility also has locker rooms and offers all types of fitness options, including group fitness programs, cardio equipment, treadmills and personal training. The gym also offers swimming classes, youth sports camps and a year-round aquatics program, such as competitive swimming, diving, Scuba classes and more.
