Art and history buffs alike are invited to visit "The 1-2-3 Art Show: 1 Exhibit 2 Be Seen at 3 Locations," an exhibit commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Civil War.
The 1-2-3 Show is a joint venture of ArtBeat Gallery, Creative Brush Studio and the Manassas Art Guild. Member artists of each group have been working all year to create new art reflecting on the history, people and landscape of the Civil War.
Vistors are invited to stroll from location to location, which are within a block of each other on Center Street in Old Town Manassas. The locations are ArtBeat, Creative Brush and Persnickety Cakes, which hosts the Art Guild.
The exhibit will continue at all three locations throughout the summer, concluding on September 2. A "anniversary reception" will be held on August 24. The exhibit is free and open to the public; closed Mondays.

More About Creative Brush Studio
Creative Brush Studio is an art gallery and studio, owned by artist Mary Reilly. The gallery offers fine art originals and prints in a variety of subject matter. Reilly paints in a style of "soft-focused realism" which encompasses a range suitable for the realism of her portraiture to the looseness of her more impressionistic pieces. Portraits by Mary are in many public and private collections including the United States Court of Veterans Appeals and the University of Virginia.
