Book Illustrator Speaks to Write by the Rails

Warrenton-based illustrator and artist Kate Brown-Wing is the guest speaker at Write by the Rails’ August 15 meeting at 7 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 9325 West Street in Manassas.
