Meet Author Belinda Miller

Meet local author Belinda Miller, Thurs., March 6 at 2 p.m. at Grounds Central Station, 9360 Main Street, Old Town Manassas. Miller, a long-time Manassas resident, collaborated with Fredericksburg artist and author Dean Kuhta of Twisted Oak Press to write and publish the first of the Phillip’s Quest series, Book I: Winterfrost. The children’s book has over 30 illustrations, maps and whimsical recipes. It sold out of its first edition hardcover printing and is now in its third run paperback printing.

Last November, Miller read excerpts from Phillip’s Quest at the National Young Readers Day at Mayfield Intermediate School in Manassas. In February, she visited Jessica Guerrero’s fourth and fifth grade after-school writing club at Featherstone Elementary School in Woodbridge.

Phillip’s Quest, Book 1: Winterfrost, is available on Amazon.com. An entire line of jewelry is being designed and hand-crafted for the books. The second book in the series, Phillip’s Quest, Book II: Above the Stars, will be available in Summer 2014.
