Local Pub Hosts Breast Cancer Fundraiser

The second annual Bands 4 Buck$ concert and Susan G. Komen fundraiser will be held this Saturday, March 19th from 12pm-7pm at the Old Towne Sports Pub in Manassas.

Always willing to lend a helping hand to the local community this event is one of many planned charity events to be held at the pub for the upcoming spring and summer months.

The event is being promoted as "6 bands, 7 hours, 1 goal" to raise money for breast cancer awareness for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Besides live bands performing all day there will be music trivia with prizes given out, over 25 raffle items, plus special unannounced guests signing autographs.

Here is the line-up and scheduled performances for Saturday's event.

• Zac Quintana - 12pm
• Edsall Road - 1:15pm
• The Mike King Experience - 2:30pm
• Kingsley Winter Band - 3:45pm
• In Remembrance - 5:00pm
• Hot Sin-A-Men - 6:00pm

There are some very special items available for the raffle, all money collected from donations and raffle tickets will go to the Susan G. Komen fund. Here are just some of the items being raffled off.

• Jewelry
• Signed Memorabilia from Major League Baseball & the National Hockey League
• Giftcards to the following retailers: Outback Steakhouse, Bath & Body Works, Amazon.com, Lids, Hoyt's Movie Theatres, Walmart, Starbuck's, Okra's, and more!

The Old Towne Sports Pub will also be donating a generous contribution toward the fund after the event.
