While Manassas is celebrating Independence Day, neighbor Manassas Park is planning its own annual fireworks celebration 7 to 10 p.m. at Signal Hill Park on July 4.
The admission to the celebration is free, but parking is $5 and is across the street from Signal Hill Park. The city is providing free shuttles from the Virginia Railway Express Station and city hall to Signal Hill Park. The shuttles will run from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m.
No alcohol or other fireworks, including sparklers, are allowed.
