VRE Trains Cancelled on Manassas Line Wednesday Morning

The VRE is canceling morning service on the Manassas line after a person was struck by a train early Wednesday morning.
The service plans to run on an "S" schedule Wednesday evening. Riders can also use Metro lines as an option, according to an announcement at vre.org.
The line announced on Facebook that rail service would be delayed because an individual was struck by a train at 5:40 a.m.
