Learn how to make 11 dessert sauces in about three hours at a baking class offered Tuesday at the Manassas Park Community Center.
The class begins at 6:30 and is $65 per student.
Students will learn how to make food and wine reduction, citrus curd and sabyon among other goodies.
The class is one of many baking classes and courses offered by Northern Virginia based food blogger and baker Jason Shriner, better known as the Aubergine Chef.
