Allyssa Bryn Day Spa and Salon, located on Center Street in Old Town, has been open for several months, but the official ribbon cutting took place just last week.
The name ‘Allyssa Bryn’ might be recognizable from the lovely set of boutiques located right next to the new spa and salon that carry the same mark. All of the shops, with this new addition, are part of a family of stores owned by Bryn, Jill, and Lisa Compton.
The spa offers a full-service package including facials, haircuts, massages, waxing, and nail services that the ‘whole family can enjoy.’

Lori Taylor, Manizheh (Mimi) Najafbagui, and Barbara Miller are just three of the names you will see at the new spa and salon. They are all stylists who work there.
Allysa Bryn provides a unique trend of ‘pretty things for the elegant lady.’ They sell ladies and children’s fashion, jewelry, accessories, and other unique gifts with name brands like Vera Bradely, Brighton, Pandora, Miche Bags, Spartina, and more. And their special children’s shop in the back of the building offers a variety of children’s toys and trends.
