Do not use this business! We sent in our iphone to be repaired with a groupon deal that was featured for this business. We contacted them to check the status of our phone and was told it was shipped back to use repaired. We waited two weeks and still heard or received nothing. We contacted them and they responded with we never heard of you and never got your phone and that a manager will call us back. Been over a week and still NOTHING! They refuse to answer our phone calls, emails, and have deleted our facebook messages. We have proof of tracking and the coupon used to redeem repair, we have also contacted groupon, the attorney general, and whatever else we can do to make this known. We are out of our money, a phone, and a terrible service has been provided. My phone had contact information and photos of my family and my children that who knows what these people are doing with. Please be careful!
