TexMex restaurant newest dining option in eclectic Manassas strip.
Neighbors, business owners and city leaders officially welcomed El Cactus to Old Town Manassas on Tuesday with a ribbon cutting for the TexMex restaurant's grand opening.
El Cactus recently opened at 9406 Battle Street. You can find specials and other news at the restaurant's Facebook page.
