Letter to the Editor: Veterans Against Child Abuse

Weekend charity events to correspond with Veteran's Day.

I am writing on behalf of the Leathernecks Nation MC and Hard Times Café & Cue Manassas. We would like to invite you to attend a special charity event being held at Hard Times Café & Cue Manassas on November 11th and 12th.  Our charity events will correspond with Veteran’s Day and the USMC Birthday.  We are expecting great numbers for even greater causes, and hope to see you there!

On Friday, November 11th we will be hosting a charity Band Night with the proceeds benefiting the abused children’s charity: SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now).  Two great local bands (Freakshow and Baby Jayne) will be playing that evening.   Admission is $10 in advance online or $15 at the door. We have had a lot of great raffle prizes donated by different local businesses and organizations in the area.

On Saturday, November 12th, we will be hosting a charity, motorcycle “Some Gave All Run”, which will begin with lunch at Hard Times Café & Cue Manassas, leave on a memorial run, and return for a buffet dinner.  Proceeds from the run will go to benefit the Veteran’s charity: Some Gave All.  Attendance is $10 per motorcycle or vehicle, $5 for each passenger.

As one of the prominent figures/businesses in the community, we would be honored by your attendance/or support.  If you would be interested in sponsorship information, feel free to contact me at your convenience.

You can view more details about each event on the Hard Times Manassas Facebook page.  We look forward to seeing you there.
Sincerely,

Ashley
