Manassas Bakery Offers Discounts to Entice Valentine's Day Patrons

It's a sweet idea to make go ahead and place Valentine's Day orders at Confections in Manassas.

A popular Manassas-area bakery is using the power of the discount to appeal to Valentine's Day gift seekers. 

Confections Cupcakery, located just off oPrince William Parkway on the Manassas-Woodbridge border, is offering 10 percent off the total purchase to patrons who place their orders before Feb. 10. 

Confections owner Laura Brletic is also baking up some Valentine's Day specials. 
The Valentine's Day Dozen is $30 and includes these cupcake flavors: Two triple chocolate, two strawberry bombs, two vanilla, two red velvet, two chocolate blossom, one wedding cake and one pink champagne. A dozen mini cupcakes are $18. 

A box of eight rose-decorated cupcakes is $45 and a 6-inch custom heart cake is $35. There are also cake pops, push-up pops and custom-made sugar cookies. 

February is also the month Brletic and her staff begin offering Girl Scout Cookie cupcakes. She loads up on cookies from local girl scout troops and uses them to make Samoas, Thin Mint and Tagalong cupcakes.
