Fit4mom a national franchise and the franchisee owner Angela Grevert of Fit4mom PWC is offering moms a free week of moms exercise classes to launch the moms new year.  The moms exercise classes are indoors at Manassas Mall and as weather permits outdoors at Clearybrooke Park.
