Thurs., April 3, DEVIL's BACKBONE BEER DINNER at MONZA

Monza of Old Town Manassas, Va. is hosting a four-course Devil’s Backbone Brewery beer dinner, featuring beers like Vienna Lager, Pear Lager, Weiss and 16-point IPA on Thurs., Apr. 3 at 6:30 p.m. for $65 inclusive. For reservations, go to www.eatmonza.com.

Four-course beer dinner includes: Greeter Beer of Vienna Lager with a meat and cheese platter; Mystery Beer with Oysters Rockefeller, fennel, bacon, spinach, parmesan, sambuca; Pear Lager with poached pear salad infused in Pear Lager; Weiss with medallions of all natural chicken breast sautéed with Italian sausage, roasted peppers, and tomatoes in a white wine, lemon sauce; and 16-point IPA with homemade carrot cake with mascarpone cream-cheese filling.
