The break occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. Water Department crews have been on site and are in the progress of completing repairs.  Estimated time of completion is 10:30 a.m., according to a press release sent out by the city's Public Works Department.

Center Street will remain closed between Main and Zebedee with traffic detoured onto Grant Avenue from Center until approximately 1:30 p.m. Thursday to allow for roadway repairs.
