My Last Week at Patch

Sad to go but excited about what the future holds for my career and family.

It has been a fantastic couple years covering news, community information and events in the area, but this is my last week as local editor for Manassas Patch.

Patch, with the help of the Manassas community, has done some great things that I am extremely proud of and will take with me as I advance my career and spend more time with my family.

Manassas Patch launched in November 2010, and has continued to evolve ever since. I believe Patch has grown to be a wonderful asset to the community.

Starting Friday, Manassas Park Editor Jamie M. Rogers will be taking over the Manassas site. She’s been here right with me covering the stories in the greater Manassas area, so she’ll fit right in.

I hope you’ll still turn to Manassas Patch for your source of news and information and continue to send Jamie (jamie.rogers@patch.com) your helpful news tips for stories.

It’s been my pleasure to cover this great city and many thanks for your continuing support. I could not have built this site to what it is today without you.  I hope to see you around town soon at one of the many community events.

If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail Associate Regional Editor for Prince William County Lauren Jost at laurenj@patch.com or Ms. Rogers.

Sincerely,
