Police: Couple Steals $5,000 in Goods from Home Depot in Manassas

A Manassas Park woman and a Manassas man are accused of stealing more than $5,000 in merchandise from their former employer, the Home Depot on Liberia Avenue in Manassas, Manassas Police investigators said on Tuesday. 

 Iliana Nalley Paniagua, 21, of Camfield Court in Manassas and Inmar Antonio Viera, 21, of Martin Drive in Manassas Park are each charged with grand larceny, Manassas Police reports show. 

Police were called to Home Depot on Saturday where one of the suspects told them she and the second suspect had lifted thousands of dollars in goods from the store over the course of several weeks.

Police took both into custody after a brief investigation.  Paniagua and Viera were later released on unsecured bonds.
