What I Want for the Prescott House Is ...

Neighbors and admirers say what they want to become of the newly-renovated Prescott House.

A few of the curious minded who flocked to the Prescott House on Saturday for an open house told Patch what they would like to see become of the newly renovated, 100-year-old house. Watch the video to hear what they said.

Hugh and Kerry Ickrath, her father David Dowd and neighbor Larry Linton got together and purchased the house in June, just days before it was to be torn down.  The team hired contractors who got started repairing the house right away.

On Saturday, the owners hosted an open house and gave many the long-awaited peek inside the home.  The open house $5 admission fee benefited Habitat for Humanity of Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park.

The home is currently on the Real Estate market for $275,000.
