Video: Emu Crossing at Busy Manassas Intersection
Emu spotted leisurely crossing busy intersection Monday morning.
"I was just minding my own business, on my way to get a cup of coffee this morning, when I saw the strangest thing on the corner of Liberia Avenue and Prince William Parkway," Bob Parks wrote on his website Monday, July 15.
One person commented that the emu "behaves as though it owns the road!"
So where did the large, flightless bird come from? One person noted it may be staying at the llama ranch down the road.
