Carmello's Five-Course New Year's Dinner

Carmello’s of Old Town Manassas, Va. is offering two New
Year’s Eve dining options on Tues., Dec. 31. At 9:30 p.m., Carmello’s will
feature an All Inclusive Five-Course New Year’s Dinner with live band, party
favors, midnight toast and beverages. Cost is $139 inclusive for reservations
made up through Dec. 30 and $150 inclusive for those reservations made on Dec.
31; a second option of a la carte dining from Carmello’s new winter menu, will
be available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. For more information and reservations, go to

Carmello’s
five-course New Year’s Eve dinner includes: first course - family-style
appetizers of Calamari Fritti, lightly battered squid with marinara, Oysters
Fiorenta, served with spinach, bacon, onion, Mini-Beef Wellington, includes
puff pastry stuffed with filet mignon and wild mushroom garlic butter, and
Arancini di Riso, a risotto stuffed with mozzarella cheese, lightly battered,
and fried; second course - Lobster Bisque Soup; third course -  Caesar
Salad with romaine, anchovy dressing, parmesan; fourth course – a choice of
entrées: Filet Mignon, center cut filet mignon, chestnut butter, Shiitake
mushroom sauce; Halibut, includes ratatouille, fennel broth, tomato jam;
Chicken Sorrentina, an Airline chicken, with Prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella,
wild mushroom demi-glace; or Homemade Lobster Ravioli with crab meat, lobster,
lobster cream sauce, family-style seasonal vegetables and goat cheese mashed
potatoes; and fifth course is family-style mini desserts.



Side Arm
of the Philadelphia area will perform live at 10:30 p.m., with a playlist that
includes current hits, old favorites from the 70s, 80s and 90s and more.

event where our guests can commemorate the holiday no matter what their style,”
