The laying of wreaths on fallen heroes sites. Program beginning at 12 noon, the same time as ceremonies across entire country being done. Local dignitaries, Manassas Police Dept Color Guard with bagpipe and the laying of wreaths. Parking at Whitts Harley Davidson next door. Questions-
