Community Update

Horrible customer service. The owner - Elias is hostile, accusatory, non-responsive and easily agitated. My part was on back order for an extended period of time and any time I would call to ask him for an update or to discuss the accommodations I was getting from Panasonic, he would immediately get angry and abusive on the phone. Any good reviews on here either didn't deal with Elias, had an open & shut case or are written by the G and E staff themselves. This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid them at all costs. If Panasonic or another brand refers you to them ask for another servicer, they do have others in the area.
