Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Orientation

Upcoming Dates For Family Selection Orientations

We are seeking family partners for home ownership on an ongoing basis. If you know someone who has lived in Prince William County, Manassas, or Manassas Park for at least the last year and is interested in partnering with Habitat for Humanity to own their own home, please invite them to join us for an orientation. Criteria that will be evaluated for Family Partnership include: need for adequate housing, ability to pay for a mortgage (earn 30% - 50% of the 2011 area median income), and willingness to partner with Habitat for Humanity. Family Partners purchase their home at cost (no profit is added to the sale price), and they put in “sweat equity” to rehab their home and the homes of other families. Attendance at an orientation is required to receive an application. The next orientations will be held:
