VRE Santa Train Tickets Go on Sale Monday

Make plans to be online or, in line by 9 a.m. on Monday to purchase the wildly-popular Virginia Railway Express Santa Train tickets. 

Tickets for the  annual event usually disappear within a matter or minutes or hours.
In 2012, 3,500 sold in less than five minutes.  
This year's event is Dec. 14. The Santa Train schedule is here. 

For most trains, only six tickets can be purchased per person. Anyone who attempts to buy more online will have their whole order refunded and won't receive any tickets, VRE officials said.  Tickets are $6 online and can be purchased here. 
Tickets are $5 in person at one of the ticket sales locations.

Manassas tickets will be sold at Manassas Visitors Center (Manassas VRE Depot) 9431 West St. in Manassas. 

Burke Centre tickets will be sold at Supervisor John Cook's Office located at 9002 Burke Lake Rd. in Burke. 

Woodbridge tickets will be sold at the Coffee Club Cafe at Woodbridge VRE Station, 1040 Express Way in Woodbridge. 

Fredericksburg tickets will be sold at Fredericksburg Visitors Center 706 Caroline St. in Fredericksburg.
