Search for Merry Old Town Golden Ticket Continues

The coveted Golden Ticket hidden in a chocolate bar somewhere in an Old Town store that will grant one lucky winner the chance to be Santa's guest in the Greater Manassas Christmas Day Parade Saturday has yet to be found.

Sara McHugh with Historic Manasss, Inc. confirmed that as of Wednesday afternoon, no one had claimed to have found the ticket.

The ticket is tucked somewhere inside the wrapping of one of 1,000 'Merry Old Town' chocolate bars

This is third year Historic Manassas, Inc. has awarded a Golden Ticket holder with the opportunity to be Santa's guest during the Greater Manassas Christmas Day Parade and ride on his float. 

McHugh said in years past the ticket was found and claimed well before the parade, unlike this year.
