Dr. Michael Charles Parnarouskis, age 73, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at Novant Health Prince William Medical Center, Manassas, Va.
He was born on November 21, 1940 in Gardner, Massachusetts to the late Bruno Charles and Sophie (Aukstikalnis) Parnarouskis. Dr. P loved golf and Hilton Head, South Carolina. He retired after 33 years as a civilian working for the U.S. Coast Guard.
Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years Sharon of Manassas, VA; one son: Michael, Jr. and Barbara of Leesburg, VA; two daughters: Lisa of Herndon, VA and Elaine of Manassas, VA; one sister: Mary and Dennis of Hawaii; five grandchildren: Lindsey, Ashley, Amanda, Andrew and Haley.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 30, 2014 from 2-4 PM at Pierce Funeral Home, 9690 Center Street, Manassas, VA. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 31, 2014 at 10:00 AM at All Saints Catholic Church, 9300 Stonewall Road, Manassas, VA. Interment will be private.
