LEOTA BELL GAITHER, age 90, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Caton Merchant House in Manassas, VA.
She was born on January 26, 1924 in Bridgeport, West Virginia to the late Marion E. and Nora B. (Robinson) Newlon.
Mrs. Gaither was a native of Clarksburg, WV and has been a resident of Prince William County for the past 45 years.
She is predeceased by her parents and her husband Alva H. Gaither.
Survivors include five children: Marilyn L. Gaither, Larry Gaither and wife Terri, Marlene Cash and husband Charles, Donna G. Bland and husband Steven and Connie L. Hanlin and husband Glenn; 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA where services will take place at 11:00 AM with Rev. Dr. Billy G. Tatum officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, VA.
