A man has been charged with arson in the Tuesday fire that displaced residents near Manassas.

Anthony M. Kelly faces felony charges of arson of an occupied dwelling and burning of personal property greater than $200, according to Kim Hylander, spokesperson for the Prince William County Department of Fire and Rescue.

Fire and rescue unites were called to the home in the 9700 block of Lafayette Avenue at 2 a.m. Tuesday. The first floor of the two-story home was on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and no injuries were reported.

Kelly is being held without bond. His court date will be April 3.
